ਵੈਨਕੂਵਰ-ਬੀਤੀ 9 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕੌਂਸਲੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਵੈਨਕੂਵਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਫਰੇਜ਼ਰਵਿਊ ਬੈਂਕੁਇਟ ਹਾਲ ਵਿਖੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਧੂਮਧਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ, ਹਿੰਦੀ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨਾਂ, ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ 225 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸੁਣਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ, ਸੰਵਾਦ, ਕਵਿਤਾ ਪਾਠ, ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।
ਕੌਂਸਲ ਜਨਰਲ ਮੈਸਕੁਈ ਰੰਗਸੁੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਡਾਇਸਪੋਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
Vishwa Hindi Diwas celebrated in Vancouver-
Vancouver-The Consulate General of India in Vancouver celebrated Vishwa Hindi Diwas on January 9, 2026 at the Fraserview Banquet Hall.
More than 225 people from including from Hindi Schools, Hindi Associations, Cultural organizations and Hindi language enthusiasts took part in the celebrations. The programme kicked off with the read out of the message from the Hon’ble Prime Minister on the occasion of Vishwa Hindi Diwas. The programme included Hindi speeches on different topics, dialogues, poetry recitation, renditions and cultural programmes.
