Guru Nanak Food Bank organise orientation seminar

Surrey-Guru Nanak Food bank held it’s second series of let’s talk orientation seminars at Gurdwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib Surrey 15255 68Ave. Out of the various seminar topic mentioned in the list mental health and drug addiction were the primary topics discussed today. Sgt.Jag Khosa from SPS and Dr.Mandip Minhas M.D were the main speakers who educated the audience about the above mentioned topics out of their personal experiences and knowledge. Along with them drug addiction victim Kuljinder Gill  shared his own past life experiences and his journey from falling into the addiction trap and winning over it, how he chose the right path and now is a dedicated employee of Guru Nanak Food Bank.
We had 220- 250 people attending the seminar in person and around 500 people were listening via Facebook live and zoom meeting, which is commendable.
